Pros: Plays my cheapo dvd-rs, displays a menu if there are multiple videos.

Cons: Won't show long file names, it doesn't play .mp4s, have to point the remote right at the sucker, can't navigate back to the menu after playing one movie. I have to turn it off/on or just skip blindly to the next movie.

Overall Review: While the cons seem to be heavy it does what it says it does very well. This was a gift for my parents and they couldn't be happier.
