Overall Review: Running 4 120mm @1700 Rpm as per specs of the fans itself so where's the "1200rpm limit no matter what brand" comment comes from ?? Or u intend to run limited fans at 2000Rpm just out the blue ? I really don't understand why so many people encounter so many issues or maybe they don't know what their buying do a research avoid yourself a hassle,waste of Time & Money.Anyway me on the hand satisfied with the purchase :)
