Pros: I expected this to be a good camera, but won't know until I get Live View to work.

Cons: I have used three TV-IP32PI cameras for a couple of years, but Live View has only worked inconsistently, so I can't view the video in a browser and worse, can't change the camera settings from within a browser with the Live View plug-in/add-on working. I decided to not even install this camera until I get one of the existing cameras working. It needed a reset and now has a dark night time image. Have spent hours searching for something that works, to no avail. Have tried to configure with IE, Chrome, and Firefox.

Pros: I don't know what the problem was before, but now have the Windows program installed and running on Windows 7. Now just having problems getting my video capture program to see the jpg output.

Cons: Too soon to tell.

Overall Review: I should have waited a week before making the first review.

Status indicated that a UPS label was generated on May 7 and that the computer was awaiting pick-up. I asked for an update on the order status, but did not receive a reply.
