Solid, Breathable, & Tool-less

Pros: +Good cable management +Well ventilated throughout the top, back, and even the bottom +Rubber mounted standings for the PSU to rest on +Tool-less drive bays
Cons: Nit-picking but, The little screws on the side-panel for the nVidia logo is a little turn off nothing big though. Not like I'll be staring at it all the time anyways.
Overall Review: Also comes with a dust filter for the PSU fan at the bottom so that's nice. Comes with a goodie box and inside has the VGA holder for long cards, some nice black cable ties enough for what I need, and some extra screws. (actually a lot of screws)
More than I expected

Pros: Read Other thoughts first: Now this TV has superb image quality more so than most Sony's and Samsungs and Sharp AQUOS (Yes I am willing to say this and even in calibrated store conditions) Why? The screen is in a matte coating so for me this is great no reflections and glare from the natural lighting in my room. Also the black levels are deep enough to my liking, and the bezel is a nice thickness so I feel the TV is nice and sturdy. Colors are vivid and not over-saturated like many new LED-LCDS. The pictures are not so sharp to burn your eyes, but it is accurate enough and there is no motion blur during movies. There is also a game mode but I have yet to test that with my 360. Recent Sony and Samsung TVs are either overpriced and or have jagged edges, and are pixelated when moving. I've seen these on recent LED-LCD displays and I'm glad I didn't get one. LCD for me is better less oversaturation and glare. Everything for the image I can vouch for.
Cons: The sound yes as said by many is horrible, but in my honest opinion, I wouldn't say horrible it is decent for any casual viewer. It by no means is anything I wouldn't watch with for a movie maybe, but I have turned the bass all the way up so it helps a tad. If you are an avid gamer, movie watcher, or perhaps a little audiophile I suggest you upgrade using the SP/DIF on the back or something. The bezel is a fingerprint magnate, so if yours is wall-mounted like mine then you will have a lot finger prints if you move your TV a lot.
Overall Review: I got this TV as a promo gift, because we own a store and from ordering a enough products we were able to get this tv as a special promo, so I couldn't complain getting it somewhat for free. I read reviews here and other sites saying the picture is great and sound is horrible but read above. Toshiba keeps it head in the game. A pleasant surprise.
