Pros: I've been using this backpack for over a year and consider this the best backpack I have ever used. The padding is great, it is on the sides, front, back, top, AND on the bottom. I wanted something that would hold some extra papers and notebooks, but not something very bulky. I also wanted something discrete (I hate backpacks with bright colors anywhere). This fits the bill perfectly. I bring it everyday on my commute to work and also for all of my business travels.

Cons: This is nit picking, but I would like to have some more pockets in the front compartment. It has three pockets now with some pen holders and business card holders.
