Great for ESX Server

Pros: It works with VMware ESX.
Cons: Costs too much for a 10/100 NIC.
Overall Review: The only reason I bought this card was it works with ESX server. No need for expensive gigabit card on the management console. Otherwise I would just buy a $20 10/100 NIC.
Don't Buy!!!

Pros: Lots of features, and a lot of copper for cooling.
Cons: Just so you know, I built this for a media center. It worked great for 7 months (besides the WiFi which never worked) and then... just stopped working. Would freeze up all of the time. In Windows, Windows splash screen, BIOS loading screen, in the BIOS. Eventually, it went as far as not even being able to boot. I get to the BIOS screen (the one where it checks the RAM... you know) yeah... gets stuck there. Doesn't even finish rendering the screen sometimes. Horrible board. I have a near $300 paper weight now.
Overall Review: Don't buy ASUS. I know what you are thinking, "ASUS ROCK's! You just don't know what you are doing." No... I have built PC's for a long time, over 10 years. ALWAYS used ASUS because of the reliability. This is the third ASUS board I have installed to get my media center built. And ALL of them had this issue. I even built a completely different system with different parts. Still have the same issue. The problem is their boards. I loved ASUS before, bu now... I vow never to buy their products again.
Works with ESX

Pros: Works with VMware ESX servers. Does what it is supposed to. I mainly purchased this NIC for it's use in a VMware ESX server I have. Not knowing 100% if it would work or not. I am here to say that it works 100%.
Cons: None so far. Maybe the price, in comparison to a standard 10/100/1000 NIC.
