Pros: Upgraded my Fat PS3 40GB hard drive to this 320GB without issue. Easy install and the drive is very quiet.

Cons: None at this point. Will update if I do.

Overall Review: I've owned my PS3 for 5 years now and finally upgraded the hard drive. Very happy that I did.
