Pros: 4 ports solid connection easy to install avoid expense of buying multiple wireless cards for pcs that are located close to each other.
Overall Review: I am using this to connect an xbox and multiple pcs to an existing wireless network. Fairly straight forward to configure, but I could see where it might be a little confusing to someone who hasn't done much networking. In order to configure the box, you need to hook it via wire to a pc and give your pc a static ip of 184.108.40.206 with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0. This is only temporary so that you can use your web browser to access the box at 220.127.116.11. Once your inside the box, you scan for the wireless network SSID you want to connect to, set the security parameters and you are done. Return your pc back to its original ip settings and the box is ready to move to where you want it. This procedure should only take a few minutes to complete. If the procedure above sounds foreign in any way, then have someone available to help. The good news is that you should only have to do this once unless something changes like the SSID or your security password.
Pros: Had this up and running within minutes after the UPS man dropped it off. Switching between a Mac Mini and a Ubuntu Linux PC. Zero problems. The included small remote was a nice surprise. I didn't realize it came with one. Remote even has a little rubber pad on the bottom to keep from scooting across a slippery desk. Overall the package is better then what I was expecting.
