Pros: You can replace it with something else

Cons: The M325 scroll wheel is terrible. It is way too sensitive. It makes the mouse uncontrollable and unusable.

Overall Review: I phoned Logitech and complained and the lady said "no problem", they would give me a refund and send a prepaid shipping box to return it. Feeling better about Logitech, I went out and bought another Logitech mouse to replace it: the M317 which is about the same mouse with a normal scroll wheel. This one is acceptable so long as you don't use the Logitech Setpoint software. (The M325 is unacceptable whether you use Setpoint or not - it just becomes more unacceptable with Setpoint. The problems with Setpoint are a whole new topic.) But then I got an email back from Logitech saying they could not give me a refund on the M325 because I bought it on the internet, never mind it was new in the box. So I offered the M325 as a free gift to a couple of people but nobody wanted it so I threw it in the trash. In future I will avoid all Logitech products. Their software engineering, hardware engineering, and customer service departments have all become detached from reality.
