Pros: Great price. Easy to install (even for those like me who have never installed one before). Comes with software, and not all do. Pretty simple product for the non-technical minded.

Cons: None so far.

Overall Review: I've been burning 3-4 movies a day for over a week and had no problems. For movies though, you will need DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink which you can download online for free. Nero can't read copyright discs.

Pros: You can't beat the price or the quality. Haven't had a coaster yet in almost 20 burns using the LiteOn 160P6S05 from Newegg. Only mistakes were my own.

Cons: None.

Overall Review: Thinking about getting more.
