Cool Fan

Pros: Installed on by ASUS P4P800S socket 478 Motherboard with Celeron 2.4. Installation was very simple once I got the old heatsink off. I took the mother board out based on recommendations in other comments, but I don't think it was necessary to do so. The mounting kit that comes with the fan for attaching to the motherboard's existing plastic brackets worked beautifully. Two aluminum bars run berween the holes in the bracket's arms, each with a theaded hole to attach the heatsink to. Tightened down (evenly) nice and tight. The fan itself is pretty quiet on full power, although audible as a whooshing sound. On lowest setting I couldn't hear it at all even with the case open. Used Arctic Silver 5 and keeps everything nice and cool. Also looks really cool when installed.
Cons: Large assembly. This didn't affect me in any way, but you may want to check the dimensions before you buy if you have a crowded box. Any quiet fan is going to be large.
Overall Review: Highly recommmended. This was the first fan mod I made to my machine and it came out great. Nice and quiet on low setting when I play music, movies, etc, and no worries while on high setting during multitasking, gaming, etc.

Pros: Picture is amazing on this TV! I did my research and this was the only 42" Plasma I found with 1080p and great reviews (expert and consumer). Check out cnet for their good review on this. I have my computer connected to the plasma through the DVI out on my video card using a DVI to HDMI cable and the picture is stunning. Standard Definition TV looks 100 times better than I thought it would on such a large screen and High-Def is obviously mind-blowing. Remote is intuitive to use as are the on screen menus. Speakers sound good without being awkwardly large and overall design is sleek and stylish.
Cons: As others have mentioned this only has 2 HDMI inputs, but I think for a most people this is enough (it is for me).
Overall Review: This is my first HD TV and I am very pleased with it. I never thought I would be spending $1K+ for a TV, but after watching NFL in HD and some movies (check out Lord of the Rings on this!) I am convinced it was and will continue to be worth the money. NOTE: Newegg is offering this at an unbeatable price. I bought mine from a family relative for very close to cost and it was the same price. I have yet to see it cheaper than this elsewhere.

Pros: Works, cheap
Cons: None

Pros: Excellent transmission of HD video from my DVI video card to the HDMI input on my plasma. Thick jacketed cable with strong backshell on DVI end. Low price and good quality.
Cons: None
