Pros: Windows 7 install required no disk. Plugged it in and it installed itself. It also setup the display as a extended display automatically. This all happened in less than 1 minute. I am using usb 2.0 and was worried that it might be slow but it works great with hd video, web browsing and maps. Much better than I was expecting

Cons: Really no cons. I did not expect it to do good at high end 3d gaming.
