Cons: Though I had plenty room to install my many programs on the SSD, I would have preferred to have at least 200GB on the SSD for the room.

Overall Review: I just completed installing this WD Black-2 Dual Drive onto my Dell XPS 1645 laptop and am very pleased! As indicated in the video on the WD site, you can either do a clean re-install or do a clone of your existing HDU. I opted to do the clean install. Tho I knew it would take considerable time, I'm glad I did. The 120GB SSD comes up as the default. I installed the OS to the SSD, then put the "key" that comes with the drive into a USB. It took me to their site and automatically downloaded and installed drivers to recognize / set up the 1TB Black 2nd drive. I created the same type of folders on the 2nd drive as on the primary (i.e., Program Files (x386), Program Files, Users, etc.). I reset my library folders (Win7) to folders on the 2nd drive (simply right-click on your user folder [e.g., Documents, Music, etc.], click on "Location" and select a folder on your 2nd drive - it migrates everything their automatically). You can do the same for the "Public" folders but have to boot into Safe Mode to modify these folders. I copied all my data from old drive (WD gives you a SATA to USB pigtail to use) to the new folders on the 2nd drive (i.e., Documents to Documents, etc.). I then re-installed all my programs. I even reset the temporary folder (under System folder in Control Panel) to use the 2nd drive. I have a lot on my laptop and still have nearly 50GB left on the SSD drive! It boots much faster and runs remarkably smoother.

Pros: Great price from a generally great HDU manufacturer. Quiet (I like quiet drives).

Cons: I read the previous reviews and decided to take the leap for this one for a RAID set up upgrade in my "beefy" system. The first two I had to RMA as the first attempt to install - neither would spin up / show up in setup (one had loud humm - usually a bad sign of defective drive). Received a quick RMA by the great NewEgg.com. Set up the new drives in a RAID system and had nothing short of troubles since. After reinstalled WinXP-SP2, they continually have errors, etc. - have to run CHKDSK /F often - more and more bad sectors.

Overall Review: Don't buy this one - look elesewhere at other models. I'm disapppointed as I have relied on Seagate for years.

Overall Review: Highly recommend this product to others. I purchased this Expresscard to give some USB 3.0 life to my older laptop running Windows 10 Pro-64 bit . . . and indeed it did! Connecting a USB 3.0 external drive more than doubled the backup speed. Though some may not like the flush USB sockets, it works best for me w/o getting in the way of other items on my desk. I have used a USB 3.0 right angle adapter and connected my USB 3.0 hubs to this - terrific! The great price and super-speed shipping of Newegg puts this right at the top. Have a terrific holiday!

Pros: This small profile USB port provides not only true USB 3.0 expansion, but adds two charging ports as well. It was quick and easy to install. It's low profile / small size makes for a neat desktop. Blue LEDs indicate when USB is plugged in and working.

Cons: Top vs. side USB ports.

Overall Review: I may be picking and, yes, I could have mounted the unit on it's side, but would be nice to have the USB slots (thus the USB cords) entering the side - avoiding top plugs on desktop. This unit is exactly what I needed to upgrade my old 2.0 hub. Plugged into a USB 3.0 slot on PC gives added room for anything I have plugged in from HDUs to flashdrives. I have several Vantec products and find they are all of high quality and reliable. I highly recommend this hub!

Pros: Exceedingly easy setup. Great wireless coverage. Works with both pc and iPhone w/o problems.

Overall Review: I purchased this to augment my TRENDnet TEW-812DRU to eliminate dead spots in my home. The setup was exceedingly easy using WPS button. Acquired by TEW-812DRU quickly and setup up it's own IP by TEW-812DRU DHCP. No need to change anything. The unit extends my wireless flawlessly to both pc and iPhone. Can't speak if works with other brands of routers. Highly recommended. Am going to try to set up two for my daughter's home - should be no problem.

Pros: Lighted keypad; mega-variable setup options; user-friendly; phonebook shared by all handsets; direct message system retrievable by any handset on the system; additonal off-system voicemail retrieval / monitor (we have Comcast digital); message waiting signal on all handsets; ultimate clarity; changable ringer options; expandable to six total handsets; add-on booster module available (we have one upstairs tho' didn't really need it); frequency does not interfere with other household, wireless items. BEST OF ALL: uses standard AA rechargable batteries (available locally) - avoids having to pay $20+ for a unique battery as most others do!

Cons: Only con: doesn't have an audible beep or signal indicating message left (only a blinking light on all handsets)

Overall Review: We have had numerous message machines and wireless handsets from several manufacturers. This is by far the best overall system we've had - a real keeper until they die of old age! Most strongly recommended for purchase!
