Overall Review: Been using Roku for a couple of years, had an original streaming stick that came with a Hitachi TV. Streaming stick became obsolete and Hitachi remote sucks interfacing with it, needed to upgrade. Love the Roku Ultra, apps work great and Roku Channel is an awesome app with tons of free stuff, great for my 2 yr old. Also like that it has an Ethernet port for a better streaming experience. Great product so far - 11/25/19

No problems with purchasing or shipping. Chair I ordered came with instructions and all the pieces adequately packaged.
