Pros: I expected this to be in way worse condition as I paid for a "Grade C" Chromebook. But this thing is in MINT condition. Very impressed. No problems setting it up at all. Kudos to Newegg for getting it to me so quickly up here in Canada. Will shop here again for sure.

Overall Review: Remember this is a Chromebook, not a laptop. All the people complaining that they cannot load certain software need to understand it's NOT a laptop. If you want a laptop - buck up and buy a laptop this serves another purpose. I have two laptops but purchased this to basically do cloud-oriented things (ie. Evernote, Google Drive, etc...). I use this for that purpose and if I need something that is software oriented I go to my laptop or in most cases my desktop. I bought this to surf the internet, check Facebook, watch YouTube, and do some cloud stuff and it fits the bill perfectly.
