Pros: Easy instruction to replace the battery. Make dure you mark the new battery as it is exact replacement of original.
Cons: Non that i know of as it took a full charge with no problems.

Pros: Fast and in perfect condition, not a scratch on the case or screen. Battery even took and good charge with a windows life of over 5 hours! Couldn't be more satisfied! Shipped unbelievably fast.
