Great Card

SAPPHIRE PULSE Radeon RX 5700 XT 8GB GDDR6 PCI Express 4.0 x16 ATX Graphics Card 100416P8GL
SAPPHIRE PULSE Radeon RX 5700 XT 8GB GDDR6 PCI Express 4.0 x16 ATX Graphics Card 100416P8GL

Pros: Faster memory compact design stock fan curves have been keeping this card cool under load

Cons: non addressable logo (always on, red only) only 1xhdmi vs 3xDP

Overall Review: It's a great card. I mainly play Destiny 2 on it and it had some issues figuring out and getting acquainted. I upgraded from an MSI gaming x rx 480 8gb. Some gains for sure across all games. The price was also great, though there was a discount code literally the day after I received it. My biggest gripe is with Newegg. I made the purchase on a Thursday afternoon around 130PM. The site said "get it by Friday if purchased in (insert time)". Now, get it BY to me sounds like "the latest you can expect it" if I paid for next day (which I did). I didn't get it until the following Tuesday. Newegg doesn't offer warehouse pickup anymore so that wasn't an option for me either. So if you're itching to get something like this card and you're local, don't bother paying for anything other than egg saver or whatever the cheapest/free option is because it's only going to save you about a day. I'm not doing 1440P gaming on this card as I only have a 1080P monitor, but my understanding is that this card will handle 1440P quite well. Maybe some lower settings 4K gaming too, but I would imagine if you had the budget for a 4K monitor to game on, you'd probably also have a 2080ti. TL;DR 1080 gaming is fantastic. It fits older cases that have those large 5.25 drive bays or HDD bays that aren't removable (like Rosewill Challenger U3). It'll keep you in the prime of the standard gaming group (1080P) for a long time and will help you be a bridge to higher definition gaming when you decide to step up. Don't pay for next day shipping with Newegg.

Corner cutting and lazy documentation

DeepCool CC560 WH Mid-Tower ATX PC Case, 4x Pre-Installed 120mm LED Fans, Tempered Glass Side Panel, White
DeepCool CC560 WH Mid-Tower ATX PC Case, 4x Pre-Installed 120mm LED Fans, Tempered Glass Side Panel, White

Pros: Cheap Looks great Easy to build in Good cable management space if not using hdd or lots of cables 4 included 120mm fans

Cons: No gpu specific screws Pci-e plates are punch out, none reusable Has all stand offs, but not all installed for some reason Screws are cheap

Overall Review: Ok so first thing. I bought this because it was cheap and had 4 included fans. I used this case for a build of older parts for a cousin's 1st pc. My biggest gripe is gpu installation. I know how to. Ive done it a dozen times. But never had I received a case where there were no screws for a gpu. I suppose thats what the 17 mobo screws are for, so thats what I used. The documentation doesnt say anything about what screws to use. The diagram only shows taking off two thumbs screws to remove a bracket. Nothing else. Seriously, look it up. Its stupid. Very disappointed in that That being said, it fit a sapphire nitro+ 5700xt no problem and cleared space for a ryzen 1700 with wraith spire LED cooler. I have heard reviewers talk about some bad cooling, but for what this case is I think its something you have to consider. Air will get in and move, but its not a BeQuiet or Fractal case. So if youre going for cheap and you dont have mini heaters for components in your system, then cool! If you are running current flagship parts, pay for a better case. *edit as of 1/28/24. I got a response from DeepCool and they confirmed that the extra motherboard screws are intended to be used for the GPU. If you've got a beefy gpu, I would advise getting a GPU stand off of another retailer.

Great travel or office charger

Rosewill 70W Retractable USB-C Wall Charger with Built-in Cable, 3-Port GaN 3 Fast Charging, Foldable Design & Real-Time TFT Display for MacBook, iPad, iPhone, Galaxy - White
Rosewill 70W Retractable USB-C Wall Charger with Built-in Cable, 3-Port GaN 3 Fast Charging, Foldable Design & Real-Time TFT Display for MacBook, iPad, iPhone, Galaxy - White

Pros: Small form factor You can see wattage Usb-a port Usb-c port Cord is retractable

Cons: Unit heats up and throttles during longer charges, not even when wattage is maxed out

Overall Review: I've purchased two of these now. One I leave at work in a main office space for folks to charge their phones, tablets, and even a Chromebook we have. I have another at home to charge near our couch. It's pretty rad. Though as I mentioned in the cons, if you have a phone that supports rapid charging or a device that needs a bit more, the charger heats up quite a bit and needs to throttle. So it doesn't seem viable as a long term charging solution, but comes in handy when the inevitable question of "hey, can I borrow a charger?" comes up.

Wonderful cupping headphones

Bose QuietComfort 45 Headphones - White Smoke
Bose QuietComfort 45 Headphones - White Smoke

Pros: Rich sound Covers ears, not just sitting on top. Carrying case USB-C standard connection for charging

Cons: Price when not on sale

Overall Review: Wonderful sound. Picked up a pair on a group buy daily sale and it was definitely worth it. Love bose products and this one does not disappoint.

THE solution for case mounted 2.5 ssd

Corsair CP-8920186 2.46 ft. (0.75m) Premium Individually Sleeved SATA Cable, Type 4 (Generation 3)
Corsair CP-8920186 2.46 ft. (0.75m) Premium Individually Sleeved SATA Cable, Type 4 (Generation 3)

Pros: No bending of wires to make 90° connections work in tight spaces

Cons: -Doesnt match the other white cables from RM850 -Clear demand for these feels like a "gotcha" from corsair

Overall Review: Always been a fan of corsair due to their amazing rma policy. Their power supples havent let me down, but the fact that sata power has ONLY been delivered via right angle connectors, when cases with ssd mounting have essentially been standard is ridiculous. Im glad this stand alone product exists, but it shouldn't have to exist if corsair provides at least one if these with their power supplies.

Wonferful 6 core processor

AMD Ryzen 5 5600 - Ryzen 5 5000 Series Vermeer (Zen 3) 6-Core 3.5 GHz Socket AM4 65W None Integrated Graphics Desktop CPU Processor - 100-100000927BOX
AMD Ryzen 5 5600 - Ryzen 5 5000 Series Vermeer (Zen 3) 6-Core 3.5 GHz Socket AM4 65W None Integrated Graphics Desktop CPU Processor - 100-100000927BOX

Pros: 6 core zen 3 with pci-e gen 4 support Clocks nearly as high as X variant Great deal ($130 time of purchase)

Cons: Included cooler might be "fine" but wraith prism should be the standard PGA (pins) are easy to damage and hard to repair (if you happen to damage them)

Overall Review: I dropped this into a b450 as a replacement for a 3600. Reviewers said that the uplift may not have been worth it but at the price paid and the return for selling a 3600, it definitely was worth it. It also came with two uncharted games as well. I ran a gaming benchmark on BL3. Previously with an rtx 3070, the high settings had around 105 fps, with the 5600 it went up over 140. Not the most intense workload or by any means a "gold standard" for testing but it was still a significant leap. I was a but concerned with pci-e 3 being a bottleneck on the b450 board but honestly, it's not a big deal for gamers on that system. Great deal, great cpu that will stand to be "enough " for a few generations.

nothing but good

I ordered the items online and opted to pick them up from will call. So I guess the only thing I can say is that everything worked as intended and I love the see-through aesthetic of the enclosures.
