Pros: The design is pretty cool, 13 inches and picks up wireless internet service almost everywhere i go, although it might be weak but that depends on how strong the signals are. so far everything has been great and the price is amazing. On dell.com it more expensive plus they give you less. They have the old processor and less ram and hard drive. battery life is great 3 and a half hour

Cons: So far i still didnt find anything wrong with it yet the only thing is it didnt come with microsoft office but i already have the cd so i really didnt need i t
