Recertified for the win!

EVGA GeForce GTX 260 896MB GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Video Card 896-P3-1255-RX
EVGA GeForce GTX 260 896MB GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Video Card 896-P3-1255-RX

Pros: Eggcelent price for a GTX 260! Don't be turned away by the 'recertified' tag. This came to me pretty much brand spankin' new, no signs of use at all. Very quiet fan when below ~60%. It rarely needs to exceed that level, however, so it never gets louder than case fans. Heatsink/casing looks stunning with the red accent shining through the case opening or window if you have one. The 4870 I had previously was an eyesore! Nvidia cards are great at folding, and this is no exception. Other users report around 6500 PPD, which is awesome for the price. Free shipping!

Cons: No accessories at all, so if you only have one 6 pin pci-e connector, grab an adapter from newegg. Also didn't come in an anti-static bag, but had adequate protection nonetheless. Slight high-pitched noise when 3d mode is enabled, but quickly goes away, and this is reported for brand new cards, also, so no big deal.

Overall Review: For anyone looking to buy a video card with a budget between $140-$235, I would recommend this card for the time being. Grab it while there's any left.

Great deal

Pros: Great cheap ram. Looks nice. 7.4 in windows 7 experience index.

Cons: Might bottleneck your OC.

Overall Review: Don't know why it gets 1 egg from so many people. Ram worked great for me.
