Pros: The display seems bright and I love that it is True HD resolution. It was much cheaper than the local retailers 20-22 inch screens that had a lower resolution. I also love that it includes cables for all of it's interfaces (Power, Audio, HDMI, DVI-D & VGA).

Cons: There is 1 dead pixel, but hopefully it won't bother me that much. My last monitor had a stuck red pixel. This one stays black, however it is in a more prominent area of the screen. (Noticable while reading web pages with a white background.)

Overall Review: I am not using the speakers, so I can't comment on that. I do not mind the glossy finish at all. All that's left is to see how it performs in my games and with my video editing hobby.
