Pros: smooth and flawless operation with a 6700, corsair epp 44412 ddr2 800 ram, and evga 7950gx2..got a sata2 raid0 workin easy...a VERY easy board to wire...bios worked with core 2 duo out of the box (8010 bios)

Cons: runs a bit hot,40-42c idle,45-46c peak.though this may be due to my sata power cables and HDs blocking airflow to the southbridge I have very nice airflow in te case..ambient temp is below 40c and cpu is peak at 27c with tower freezer 7 pro; get a warning at 45c but no performance drop, goin to try to move HDs and get better flow on southbridge

Overall Review: onboard sound is great, beats my old audigy2zs, no real need to get a stand alone soundcard. no problems with the 7950Gx2 card except in company of heroes, but that game has sli issues anyway, turning gpu cores to run sperate fixes the prob. all other games run perfect (graw, bf2, gtr2...) ez raid0 with sata2 is actually faster than my old raptor raid0, and easy to set up. if you run HDs in addition to raid, use the black sata slots

Pros: CRUSHES the most intense games on the market! Turn up every dial and dont even worry about checking the fps unless you want to giggle with pride. GRAW (80-100fps), BF2(max fps), GTR2 (night racing 80fps), overkill for many games, but for those games that push the limits this card rises to the challenge...no doubt this card will crush quake wars too.

Cons: I use a flat plannel with max res at 1280x1024, so I get some "flickering" when I play Company of Heroes...I am told such problems disappear when you crank the res to 16x12...If you cant do that, crank every dial and crank up the AA as apparenly the problem is caused by the cards out pacing each other...if you still have a prob try setting the cards to run dual monitor (makes them independent..or non sli)...COH has sli probs and ppl are touch and go with this game..but my buddy runs a 1950xtx and that game pushes it beyond limit, so there is no doubt the 7950 can take the game further once there is a fix...for now one card runs COH on high at avg 55 frames...every other game i have tried runs perfect.

Overall Review: 6700, P5WDH, Corsair 2x1gig Epp, OCZ 600W...this set up smokes the Fx62 benchmarks on most review sites by 30%. This card runs very well on the 975x chipset, the problem i mentioned above is not specific to this board...think of this card as a SR71 jet, it sucks on the ground, but when you get it flying nothing can compare
