Cons: died on week before warranty ended. repairs only extended the warranty 30 days. same problem after 3 more months of use. I have a 600.00 worthless piece of TOSHIBA GARBAGE! 15 months old. shameful. I wanted to put 0 eggs for a review, but 1 egg is the lowest.

Overall Review: Toshiba's official policy is too bad for you. we got your money! do not buy toshiba. with this policy the warranty is absolutely worthless!!!!!!!!!!!!! they don't have to actually fix it with ! and they will not! poor customer service. shameful! I cannot stated this harshly enough!!!!!! never ever again.

Overall Review: Any reviews under a year old are meaningless. Toshiba products don't last and they do not have real customer service. they don't repair products under warranty! I have gone several months now trying to get them to honor a warranty with no action and no concern for the customer. the first time we sent this in for repair, they changed the main board, hard drive and LED screen board, so they really did not know the real problem, the replacement parts lasted another couple months is all. Toshiba says this satisfied their warranty. that's the kind of company you are dealing with if you GAMBLE several hundred hard earned dollars and buy from Toshiba. in other words they will get it running just enough to get you past the one year warranty - they do not repair! or replace! -let me repeat - they do not repair warranty problems!!!!!
