Overall Review: Let's face it, there are not many good TV tuners that will make everyone 100% satisfied. Of the ones available, Hauppauge is the lesser of all the evils and works more reliably and better than others. The picture is not as clear as I would like it to be, but that's largely a function of the analog cable service rather than the device itself. The unit I purchased went bad about 14 months after I purchased it. I RMAed it and there were no problems getting a replacement from Hauppauge even though I reside in the lightning state, and it's very possible that a lightning storm was the cause of the failure . It is under warranty for 2 years, and Hauppauge does honor their warranty on this tuner. In case anyone is looking for alternatives to the WinTV7 software that comes with the tuner, I downloaded and installed NextPVR as a backup to WinTV7 and it does work with the tuner once it is configured correctly. It also works with XBMC.

Cons: Died after 4 hours of use. Typical RMA hassles - having to mail it back to Newegg, waiting for replacement to arrive.

Overall Review: Lasted less than two months before it gave up the ghost; it just stopped showing up in My Conputer. Not sure when it actually went bad because I hardly use it, and I have so many other USB drives connected, I just happened to notice it one day. Since it's beyond the 30 warranty period with Newegg, I'll have to send it back to the manufacturer. After submitting an RMA to WD for this drive, they contacted me and told me they did not have a replacement and wanted to send me a cheap piece of junk drive instead. I went to their online store and found out that they had this drive in stock. THEY LIED AND TRIED TO CHEAT ME! They told me it was an upgrade to get me to accept it, but it's clear it is not as good as the drive I paid for.

Overall Review: I certainly didn't order this flash drive for it's huge size since it's only 4 GB. I used it to flash a live version of Kubuntu to a USB drive so I could launch Kubuntu from the BIOS. It performed more than adequately for that purpose.

Overall Review: Using it in a backup computer build.

Shipped quickly and got it in less than 4 days from CA to NJ. Adapter is as described and works like a charm.

I understand that COVID-19 is causing extended shipping times, but they shouldn't be promising delivery in 7 to 17 days on the Newegg website and then hiding behind the claim on the product page that says MOST CUSTOMERS will receive it in that time frame. It is just a fact that delivery will be extensively delayed for ALL CUSTOMERS because of COVID-19. That being said, their customer service was responsive to my inquiries, so I have to give them something for that. I will not allow any delivery to go beyond the 30 day limit for a refund because a) you don't know how long it's going to be delayed, and b) you don't know it you are going to be able to get a refund if you eventually require one. You never know what can go wrong after the 30 day limit, and you may get stuck with something that you do not want or is defective 30 days after you ordered it and when it was delivered more than x number of days after that. Newegg eventually issued a refund after my arguing with them for a period of time.

The listing for the item I ordered says it takes 10 to 17 days to delivery. It's been a month and I still don't have it. Upon contacting the vendor, I was told there is a delay due to COVID-19. That's all fine and dandy, but that's been known for 4 months now, and it doesn't take that long to change the estimated delivery time from on the Newegg website. At least let people know up front before they order something that it will likely take more than a month for delivery. I don't yet have the item so I cannot answer whether the item is as described by the seller. I was only given a choice of yes or no when asked if it s as described by the seller. Response from the vendor was quick; less than 48 hours.
