Pros: I have one of these in each of my desktops. I like the idea of fitting 3 drives in the space of 2 drive bays. It is easy to swap in a different OS, or a large back up drive without opening the case. There are extra drawers available so you don't even have to unmount your drives. Also, my drives last longer since there is a fan blowing on them all the time.

Cons: None, all have worked flawlessly for several years.

Pros: Nice way to get 4 drives into 3 bays. I am using four 1TB drives in a RAID 5 setup. Drives stay cool. Nice slides and locks. Engagement felt secure and positive. No misalignment worries.

Cons: The fan is a bit loud, but moves plenty of air.

Overall Review: Planning to buy another for my other system. Makes swapping drives and retrieving data from your old drives so much easier without having to open the case.
