Fast and Reliable

Corsair Force Series GT 2.5" 60GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) CSSD-F60GBGT-BK
Corsair Force Series GT 2.5" 60GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) CSSD-F60GBGT-BK

Pros: Extremely fast. I boot to the sign on screen of Windows in about 20 seconds. Read/Write speeds are as advertised, and it matches my color scheme (very important).

Cons: None that I can tell. A little under a year and still going strong.

Overall Review: Has just enough space for Windows 7 Ultimate and all my drivers, with 6 GB left over.

Tt eSPORTS CONKER Cloth Gaming Mouse Pad EMP001CLS
Tt eSPORTS CONKER Cloth Gaming Mouse Pad EMP001CLS

Pros: For the price, this is a very nice pad. It has plenty of room, nice tracking, and the colors match my tower.

Cons: As with previous customers, the edges of my pad didn't lay compltely flat until after a few months of use. Not a huge deal though. I did dock an egg for the edges of the pad fraying after only a month of ownership. It's worse now, but doesn't detract from the overall functionality of it, just an eyesore.

Overall Review: A little bit slick if the dpi in your mouse is too high. I had to tone my down a bit, but it's nothing terrible. Overall great pad for the price

Best Security Software, bar none

ESET Smart Security 5 - 1 PC
ESET Smart Security 5 - 1 PC

Pros: Very intuitive software. Can accomodate the needs of any user regardless of their technical knowledge. Very easy on the resources, which is saying something these days. And as a previous customer wrote, it doesn't constantly remind you when your subscription expires, which is very nice. The best secuirty software for your computer, as far as my opionion goes.

Cons: A tiny bit pricey, but you get what you pay for in this business.

Overall Review: The advanced features are just that, very advanced. It's very easy to get lost in there if you don't know what you're doing. Not an issue unless your curiosity gets the best of you.

Almost Perfect Case

Corsair Graphite Series 600T Arctic White Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Corsair Graphite Series 600T Arctic White Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: I am very pleased with my purchase. I bought this at tax time last year and it has served it's purpose very well. It's very easy to work in, considering the amount of space available inside. I have a XFX 6970 (11.5") hooked up inside and was a little skeptical at first when I pulled it out of the box, but as soon as I had it mocked up in the case there were no worries. Like a previous customer said, I was very surpirsed at the quality of then fans inside the case. And you have a lot of options when it comes to fan configurations. And the built in fan controller is decent. It works but doesn't do anything to blow me away, but I suspected this before I purchased it. Excellent cable routing, one of the best that I've worked with. And the dust filters are a nice touch, except for having to be cleaned out periodically. But it's better to have a little more work than have massive amounts of dust caked up on the internals. And the case itself is beautiful in it's own right. The curvature and flow of the case puts it above most other cases out right now. It's classy and smooth, while most others are bocky and almost corny looking. Overall a very well built case, save for a few discrepencies, see Cons for details on that.

Cons: The front dust fiter is connected by two tabs at the bottom and two prongs that snap in at the top. When cleaning the filter one day I dropped the filter on the floor (no higher than 2 feet) and the two prongs on top broke off. Normally this would count as my fault, but the filter didn't impact on the prongs themselves, but on the opposite side of the filter. I'm sure to cut the cost they used fairly cheap plastic for the trim pieces, but it's curical to use quality material at key places like this. I would rather pay a little more money for something that itsn't going to break the first time I drop it. I ended up fixing it with a little rubber cement. But this problem had me worried that the rest of the plastic accents on the case were of equally poor quality. I've taken all of then panels off more than once, and nothing has broken yet, so hopefully the front dust filter is the only problem area. Another issue is the fit of both side panels. While not a huge problem, neither fit as snug as I would like. It allows a little bit of the airflow to escape, but not enough to make a noticeable difference.

Overall Review: For what you're getting, and the pure aesthetic value, I think this is a pretty decent price. I love the modularity, the looks, and the features of the case. I knocked an egg off becuase it is not prefect, and doesn't deserve a perfect rating. It does however earn four eggs with class, value and features. It's not a con, but the case is a little more difficult to modify than most of the older cases that I've worked with. I installed a COOLER MASTER Megaflow 200mm fan on the front intake, and it's a few millimeters thicker than the stock fan, so I had to drill new holes to mount the HD cage. Not a huge issue, and not Corsair's fault. They made an excellent tower, and I wouldn't trade the aesthetics for ease of modification.
