Pros: No pros. Doesn't work with the drives I bought it for.

Cons: Incompatible with Western Digital 1.5TB Caviar Green. Rosewill tech support quickly acknowledged this and authorized a refund.

Overall Review: Based on how quickly Rosewill identified the problem and authorized a refund, it seems likely that they already new that the product was incompatible with the drive. Its perfectly nice of them to authorize a refund but I'd rather not have wasted the time and the $10 for the return postage.
