Going strong for almost 10 years now!

Pros: I've overclocked it, ran for days on end, still a champ! Getting ready to upgrade...finally after ten years and wanted to give one last review of the great service this little 130 watt processor has been! May you rest in peace little buddy!
Cons: High price when purchased, almost instantly was replaced by much faster i7 processors.
Overall Review: Getting ready to retire after a long service period.
Hanns-G HZ281 27.5" LCD

Pros: Bright, very bright!. Not ONE dead pixel. Ultra sharp resolution at 1920 X 1200. Comes with DVI to HDMI adapter cable! Also includes a VGA adapter cable for older cards. Even includes a mini cable to run your sound into it. Nice glossy black finish with a large power on indicator light that switches from green to orange.
Cons: Packaging was bashed and torn, partially open when it arrived, I thought the worst had happened. Menu buttons are located under the front bottom edge. Very difficult to twist your hand upside down and push these buttons in. Hope you have a good memory of what menu button does what, because if your in a dimly lit area, you will not be able to read the black writing on the black gloss front panel. These words/icons should have been painted white or at least silver. There is a bit of light bleedthrough, but not too bad. Screen will not go pitch black, but it's really not too bad for the value. I have a Asus monitor that has more bleedthrough than this one. One egg taken off due to lousy button location, not because of light bleed. Buy a more expensive model if this semi-econo model isn't perfect! July 21st, 2010
Overall Review: I stopped back by, wanted to report in that as of Aug 5th, 2018 my Hannis-G monitor is still working perfectly! Best Bang for the buck!

Overall Review: I didn't want to write this in the "CONS" but I am reporting this so maybe one day there will be an answer for what happened after 2 days of use. I had the monitor on and attached, then turned on my computer. Video card is an ATI Radion HD5770(5 months old) While the computer was booting and I was watching the boot screens, the monitor started to fade out to black, as if I was turning down the brightness to zero! The screen was hardly even readable it was so dark. I started pushing the menu buttons and checked the brightness levels and all of a sudden, the monitor snapped back to normal? I did not adjust anything FYI, just pushed the menu button. I hope it doesn't happen again, but I know these things seldom heal themselves. I will try and report back if it happens again.
