Cons: I've had to buy 2 new power supplies since ice owned this machine for 3 months now... the tech support email responds within 48 hours and are knowledgeable... But they charge for everything that breaks... even if on its own. Not what i was expecting to pay for... if i had known I'd be buying extra stuff to get it running... i would've just saved that money and purchased something better... please be cautious when purchasing this. It runs great... until it doesn't lol. I'm not sure why... But i keep buying parts from new egg... and they keep breaking in this machine... the new power supply i got now is in, but now the pc won't even turn on... so it could be the processor or the mother board now... and neither new egg or the manufacturer will help take care of this even though it had the first power supply die the first month i got it... the only reason why it's now month 3, is waiting on shipping... it was on for 3 days after the first power supply was changed. Then it was on for 1 week with the second power supply, and now the 3rd power supply isn't turning it on... i had to wait on shipping. And time has elapsed because of shipping of parts and all new egg or Ulterrior see is "its passed the return time now" This is useless... if the mother board or processor is fried because of the faulty power supply Ulterrior installed, or the power supply they suggested i install after the first one died, I'm never shopping bew egg again!
