Great RAM!
Pros: It's RAM! It's G.SKILL! It works great! I have it clocked at 1866 in my ASUS P8Z68-V board without any problems. This stuff just flies.
Cons: NONE
Overall Review: I've always trusted G.SKILL for my RAM, and I have NEVER had a problem. I'm confident they will be getting my money for years to come.
Zap!
Pros: Great buttons, great size and feel, great DPI with on-the-fly adjustments, not to mention the great price. But....
Cons: Every time I sit down and touch the mouse, I give the chrome wheel a ZAP of static electricity, at which point the mouse falls off the USB bus entirely. EVERY TIME I touch the darn thing. I've tried it on several different PC's to rule out a grounding issue on the PC side. I know I live in Michigan where it's very dry in the winter, and static buildup is more of a problem that other places, but I have certainly never ran into this extreme of a problem before. I have since returned this mouse, and went back to my old mouse that's an all plastic/rubber design. I REALLY wanted to love this mouse, but I can't realistically remember to discharge my static every time I sit down at the computer before I reach for the mouse. Maybe the wheel has some sort of inherent grounding issue, which may explain all of the reviews stating "defective mouse wheel".
Overall Review: Your mileage may vary.
Good
Pros: Good price ($10 on sale, per bulb), good wattage, good color temp. Time will tell on the longevity. I will be buying more.
Cons: Can't be used inside an enclosed fixture.
Overall Review: I've been buying a bunch of LED bulbs from different manufacturers for testing purposes. This manufacturer is towards the top of the list in value/performance.
Flicker
Pros: Price (?)
Cons: Flickers when dimming past a certain threshold. I have several other LED bulbs from different manufacturers within the exact same specs (wattage, lumens, color temp, price) that dim all the way down to almost no light without flickering. I wouldn't recommend these bulbs for use within a dimmer.
Overall Review: These bulbs seem pretty popular on Newegg, so I thought I'd give them a try. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing any more bulbs from this manufacturer.
Powerhouse
Pros: Awesome card. Easily overclocked to 900/1800 using the supplied EVGA software. No need for spending the extra dollars on a factory over-clocked card. Currently hitting 40c on full load. That's with a 2500k clocked to 4.4ghz in the same cooling loop maxing 50c under full load. I could probably take it much higher, but what's the point when I'm already averaging 90+fps in the BF3 beta.... Maybe when the game gets released on the 25th and I can start maxing settings.
Cons: I didn't receive any barbs or hose clamps in my box. I emailed EVGA support, and I'm told that they are shipping some out to me. Not really a bid deal, I just used the barbs from my old card.
Overall Review: Unfortunately had to purchase elsewhere. Seems like this card is mostly "out of stock" on Newegg.....
Awesome CPU!
Pros: This CPU is an absolute BEAST! I am using an ASUS P8Z68-V board to run the processor at a stable 4.424ghz without breaking a sweat. At current clock speeds, I'm idling at 25C and reaching up to 38C under full load. Using 1/2" water cooling, with an old 8800 GTX card in the same loop. I only have the radiator fans set to half their voltage/speed!
Cons: NONE
Overall Review: I couldn't be happier!
