Pros: - Aesthetics - The 3 step fan controller - Reversible hinges on drive bay door - The two be quiet! Pure Wings 2 fans – they are inaudible on medium and low and just barely register at high - Sound deadening is top-notch - Plenty of space inside - Two dust filters - 1-inch tall feet to keep it elevated off the ground

Cons: - One of the things that appealed to me were the two SSD mounts that were included and built onto the back of the plate/wall that the motherboard attaches too. Great idea on paper but in execution, there is less than a 1 inch gap between that panel and the other side panel and when routing the power cables to the SSDs, at least for how mine worked, the connector was L-shaped and had to get wedged against that wall to be properly oriented to connect to the SSD. I could only use the very end of the cable to accomplish that and even then, I was skeptical of how it would hold up. I eventually purchase a 3.5” drive bay adapter for the second SSD. - The whole case feels incredibly sturdy and well-built except for the top plastic panel piece which was just slightly flexible compared to the rest of the parts. Also, the power button is a simply a button, akin to what a power button would be on a laptop, but I prefer the toggle switch style. Very minor complaint. And the reset button is the HDD activity light, very small and a little confusing at first. - I wish I could mount an additional fan in the front panel but I don’t think there is enough room. The Silent Base 800 does have the room for that though.

Overall Review: I will admit I was very nervous purchasing a product with little positive reviews from Newegg but after doing extensive research and watching numerous videos, I bit the bullet and decided to try this case. For background, my system is a Core-i5 6500 with the stock CPU cooler, a Corsair 760W PSU, 2 sticks of DDR4, and a Sapphire R9 390. I am immensely impressed with this case!!! Perhaps my expectations were low because this product well exceeded them. There was plenty of space inside for cable management and all my components to fit comfortably. I have not installed any additional fans or cooling and am just running off what was provided in the box (two Pure Wings 2 fans) and it seems to be more than adequate. My GPU is very very large and I was worried about it not fitting. It fits perfectly fine because there is a large space between the HDD cages mounted on the bottom of the case and the 5.25” drive cages which are on the top. However, because of how my motherboard was designed, my graphics card completely obscures my SATA connectors so it was hard adding in cables over time. But that’s not a knock against the case at all just the unfortunate placement of parts on my motherboard. There is the option to remove the 3.5” HDD cage and install the graphics card in a lower PCI slot but I have hard drives installed in them so that isn’t an option for me. The power supply simply mounts on the bottom and due to the included dust filer, I mounted mine upside down with the fan blowing out the bottom. For what I installed, there was plenty of room for everything and cable management was relatively easy. I had no issues with the case other than the SSD mounts and the plastic top panel which I will describe in the “Cons” section. My friend is using a rig from 2011 and he was blown away by how quiet the two included Pure Wings 2 fans are. Aside from when I first boot the PC up, it is incredibly silent, which is what its intended purpose was. To add icing to the cake, the case itself is very sharp-looking with the double-paned side window and the vertical orange accents. Overall this is probably the best-looking quiet PC case on the market. From what I have seen, it runs cool, works right out of the box, and is inaudible when not under heavy loads. I absolutely love this case and having come from an Antec 900, a relative of mine commented on how much quieter this PC is and is going to buy this case for themselves too! Great product, no issues; be quiet! knocked this one out of the park.
