Any seller that uses the "UPS (USPS) Mail Innovations" service to ship their customers packages should be avoided like the plague ... If you shipped your payment to the seller vis "UPS Mail Innovations", maybe they'd understand the purchaser's frustrations with late deliveries, almost non-existent tracking updates, & the concept of "wait - wait - wait - wait" ---- & then wait some more ... The ultimate insult is sending Thermal Paste (Grizzly Kryonaut Extreme) with this UPS (USPS) 2nd Rate shipping service : ordered from Newegg / Platinum Micro on the 26th, finally received on the 10th of the following month ... Build finally completed (TIM on the CPU & cooling block mounted) on the 11th (pathetic) ... Maybe it's Thermal Grizzly that needs to take note here - ordered more of their Kryonaut Extreme from a different seller (non-Newegg) & they too used the same "SNAIL-PACED" UPS (USPS) Mail Innovations shipping service - never again thermal Grizzly !!!
