Great quiet fan
Noctua NH-U14S DX-3647, Premium CPU Cooler for Intel Xeon LGA3647 (140mm, Brown)
Pros: -Quiet -Keeps my xeon gold cool under full load.
Cons: -BIG!
Overall Review: Make sure you have plenty of room around your processor for this. It covers up a couple of ram slots on my motherboard. However it is very quiet and keeps the cpu cool under full load.

Cons: Power connector is on the end of the card. Would be better if it was on the side.
