Pros: This adapter enabled me to use the Nvidia GeForce GTX 780Ti video card with an HP Z420 Workstation. HP cheapened the power supply so that it didn't have enough power cables to handle the video card. The StarTech adapter made it possible.

Cons: No Cons. The StarTech adapter worked.

Pros: Cable works.

Cons: Very flimsy construction. Lightweight. Kinks easily.

Overall Review: This will work but you need to be careful not to put much stress on it.
