Pros: Has optical input and output, supports 5.1 output through analog and optical.

Cons: ***Does not support 5.1 surround sound optical input.*** Optical input only supports stereo, and this product is extremely misleading in conveying that information. After an extended time trying to figure out why 5.1 out on my Xbox was garbled, I came to the conclusion that it lacks 5.1 input as the mixing software that comes with it only displays Left and Right channels on the input device, and the noise from the Xbox went away when I switched to digital stereo mode.

Overall Review: This is extremely misleading, and I've already sent this back because I only purchased it because I thought 5.1 optical input was supported. The software that came with the card was more or less bloatware, and I had 3-4 windows that popped up asking me to register the product upon first installing the drivers. Will seriously steer clear of Creative products in the future.

Cons: I bought 2 drive 16 months ago. The first one failed after 13 months. The second failed after 16 months. Both were used as system drives. I've lost a lot of data and a lot of time. OCZ---REPLACE MY DRIVES! Honor your warranties.

Pros: Fast while operational

Cons: Went from 0 to 378 bad sectors in 1 day with a lot of lost data. OCZ support said re-flash the firmware and if it works after that I'm stuck with the drive. I reflashed the drive and the bad sector count stopped going up. Would you trust this drive as your OS drive after this? OCZ support said live with it.
