Great addition to my PC. Super fast!!!
Pros: As my 3 years old PC (Core2Duo) doesn't have USB 3.0, I added the Rosewill 2-Port USB 3.0 PCI Express Card Model RC-505 and I'm more than happy. I'm having better speed transferring files to a drive connected to this dock than tranferring between two of my internals hard drives. In my test I transferred a 20.1 folder and it takes: 15 minutes from internal hard drive to another internal hard drive. 6 minutes from internal hard drive to a hard drive (2TB WD Green) connected to the Eagle USB 3.0 Dock) Very Cheap and efficient.
Cons: None yet.
Overall Review: Just be careful when you put or remove the hard drive.
EXCELENT PRODUCT. My client is very happy!
Pros: Is very small and super reliable and pretty easy to install and for my client: "it look pretty cool". Excelent and patient tech support. I've installed a bridge, the remote location is at 250ft, but acording to the manual you can connect this up to 5 miles! My client has the same conexion speed than in the main building. We just make sure don't have anything (buildings, trees, etc) blocking the signal between the Access Point and the bridge client.
Cons: You have to read the manual. I didn't and that's why I called the tech support twice!
Overall Review: If you plan to connect two locations (or give internet to another location/buillding) you will do a bridge and you have to buy two of these.
Great addition to my 3 years old PC
Pros: I'm having better speed transfer between an internal hard drive and the drive connected to usb3 than the speed between two internals hard drive.
Cons: None.
Great for cheap storage
Pros: Cheap, 2TB. Great speed using with a USB3.0 PCI Card + USB 3.0 Calvary Dock. I tested a transfer of a 20.1GB between two Internals Hard Drives and it takes almost 15 minutes. Then I transfererd the same images to my WD 2TB Green on my USB 3.0 and it takes just 6 minutes. I read some reviews that doesn't matter what type of HD you have in the dock, the speed would be the same. I didn't tried with other drives yet, but I'm more than happy!
Cons: None yet.
Overall Review: I like this "Green" drives as a storage where I don't need speed, I prefer the "Black" line for internal working units.
Excelent product, cheap and easy to use
Pros: You don't need a super computer to run this product. Cheap (great deal from NewEgg last month under $70), easy to use, it comes with Magic Bullet look to make awesome grading.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: Has a tons of effects (I'm a fan of Magic Bullet) and a lot of transitions but I use just cut and fade. If you are new on video editing because you just bought a DSLR, you'll enjoy this product editing your next HD movie.
