Pros: The best tech support I ever experienced. Mike and Ed worked me through the setup and made several call-backs while they research my questions and problems. The scanner works well, is easy to maintain and is built well. It has a good daily duty cycle rating and is great for the needs of an office environment where you are archiving a great many files. It is also has a small footprint.

Cons: The software is not as intuitive as I would have preferred, but that could be me. With Mike and Ed around I was up and running though.

Overall Review: I would likely not have had as much difficulty with setup if I took the time to really explore the software
