Pros: Everything you come to expect from WD... Low failure rates and good prices.
Cons: none
Cheap but you get what you pay for
Pros: It's really cheap
Cons: The fan on this thing sounds like a plane taking off. I've heard delta fans quieter than this thing.
Overall Review: Didn't find it worth my time to RMA this thing, it was a super cheap build for under $200 for a friend. If he wants to RMA it then it's on him.
Kind of having buyers remorse.
Pros: Airflow is great, brought my overall temps from my last case down significantly.
Cons: My front panel arrived broken, both USB slots do not work and the LED button is entirely broken; so the LEDs on the front fans are set to one setting where it simply cycles through all the colors in a very obnoxious way. Cable management was a nightmare. Since you have to fit your PSU cables and hard drives in the same space, I struggled to get the entire thing to fit.
Overall Review: While the case is alright, I replaced my old one because the front panel USBs were going bad on it. Unfortunately it's replacement has completely shot USB slots, and I'm hesitant to return this because all my parts are transferred over now, and well returning a computer case is a bit of a hassle.
I got blisters on me fingas (a little over a year update)
Pros: Cheap, comfortable, about what you would expect.
Cons: Ok so the assembly on this thing is a nightmare, especially if you use the included tools... Don't use the included tools, they're janky and about the worst thing you could do. My thumbs started hurting pretty quickly using the included tools, so I just used my own. The assembly isn't hard, but since it doesn't have super high quality manufacturing, some of the bolts verge on impossible for the average person to do by hand. Putting this thing together took around an hour for me, and simply because of the before mentioned issue. If it wasn't for the bolts being so insanely tight to the point of frustration, I would give this 5 eggs; but the assembly is such a nightmare I had to deduct an egg.
Overall Review: It sits slightly higher than most other chairs, as every other chair I've had sits a solid inch lower than this does. The arms aren't adjustable, but I knew this when purchasing so not really a con. - Update - at least 4 - 8 hours of daily usage. I work as a programmer and used this chair quite heavily for work, so long term this chair has held up fairly well considering the price. The chair is still as comfortable as the day I bought it, and in a still usable condition despite two issues I've encountered. The padding on the chair is still in great condition, although noticeably flatter than when I bought it; but regardless still comfortable. The lever to adjust the tilt of the back, and the piston the chair sits on are still in fantastic condition and work like new. All the wheels still roll like the day I got it. So the two downsides... Firstly the arms of the chair have begun shredding at the seams where the padding was glued together, so the arms are slowly falling apart. Secondly the PU leather on the seat has begun splitting, of course this is a very common issue with PU leather, and I have yet to see any PU leather that doesn't split over time. The splits in the seat are very minor and not as severe as I've seen with other chairs, and I've only noticed it in the seat itself. Given the fact that this chair has seen a massive amount of daily usage for well over a year, I highly recommend this chair if you're on more of a budget. Once you get past the assembly of this thing, it's about one of the best chairs you can get for the price.
Great monitor with one big flaw
Pros: 4K with freesync freesync range is good the features on the monitor are great
Cons: The stand this thing comes with is absolutely awful... You cannot adjust the height, and adjusting the tilt is pretty bad. What's even worse is it wobbles BADLY. Even so much as tapping the desk causes the whole monitor to wobble and shake because it's so top heavy, and even worse the stand is mounted by a single screw towards the bottom center; so this thing wobbles at even the slightest of vibrations. Do yourself a favor and get any mount available on the market other than the one included, so be prepared to end up spending money on some kind of mounting solution.
Overall Review: The drivers are a bit of a pain but only took a few minutes to install before I got it working. Given all the features and the monitor mount issue this is fairly minor.
Pros: Great quality, and fairly well priced. Keys have a very satisfying click, and have held up fairly well. Under the keys, it's entirely flat which makes cleaning fairly easy, but a little less easy than other keyboards (see cons). Cables are all braided into one thick and very long cable, as some others have multiple wires for everything.
Cons: The metal under the keys isn't entirely smooth, and has a brushed steel look. Even though you run your hands across it and it feels smooth, it's not and holds onto dust more than it would otherwise; but larger particles blow away with just canned air. The RGB software doesn't play nice with some RGB on motherboards, as the motherboard's software takes control of the lighting; and has actually lead to some serious problems. Unfortunately I have to choose between RGB on my motherboard and my keyboard. I don't know if this is a result of Gigabyte's software or G.Skill's but either way has caused my keyboard to shut off, and stop working entirely at times if both are on at the same time.
Overall Review: -1/2 egg for the slight issue with the plate under the keys holding dust. -1/2 egg for the RGB software issue that has persisted since I've gotten it.
Never received item like everyone else
Never got my item, has been 21 days and I've received items from China over a week ago that I ordered several says after I ordered this. Don't bother dealing with this seller, has a bad reputation for not sending you stuff and disappearing. I'll have to call Newegg to try and get a refund, oh joy...
Poor seller
I accidentally ordered an item which was unfortunately from this seller (thought I added another item to my cart). I immediately contacted newegg and they sent an email to the seller requesting them to cancel the item (8/14/15). They responded that say saying they would make sure it wasn't shipped and they would cancel it... 8/18/15 they went ahead and shipped it anyways, and are now asking me to pay the shipping to return it to them. I don't think so! Contacted newegg and they said once I get the item to contact them back and newegg would request them to give me a pre-paid shipping label, if they refuse to (which the customer service rep said was likely they would), then I need to take a picture of the receipt and send it to newegg and they'll charge beach audio for the shipping cost to return it to them. These people knew for four days I didn't want this item, and the scum bags sent it anyways. I will never buy from these people EVER.
Slow shipping
The shipping was a little slow, but got the item and in the condition stated.
