Pros: Good price point, fits in my synology 1821+, fast, and great for a raid 1 ssd read write cache.

Cons: It wasnt cheaper.

Overall Review: Good value when on sale.

Pros: As always with ASUS, the build quality is excellent, the setup is easy, and the performance is excellent. It was recognized right away by my ASUS GL702VS. I do recommend reinstalling the latest Nvidia drivers for a nice clean setup.

Cons: The other reviews are correct that it did not come "US power" ready. I had a standard 3pin grounded power cable laying around. (IEC320 C13 to NEMA 5-15P)

Overall Review: The thunderbolt3 cable included is 1.5m, so i did need to get a longer one to run this to my TV from my laptop.
