Cons: It leaks. After about 2 weeks, my HP DeskJet 3632 all-in-one printer displayed an error message about the black ink cartridge and refused to print. After I removed it and cleaned off the leaked ink with cotton Q-tips and then replaced it, no further error message was displayed and the printer worked fine. I'm waiting now to see if the black ink cartridge leaks again. I'm also waiting to see if the HP 63XL tri-color ink cartridge has the same issue.

Considering this laptop sold for only $395.00, I am happy with its condition. It has a better 4th generation processor than what was advertised (Intel Core i7-4700MQ quad core instead of Intel Core i7-4610M dual core). It has a few minor scratches, but there is no damage, and it is very clean. The only complaint that I have is it has older slower 802.11abgn wireless instead of newer faster 802.11ac wireless.

It arrived in extremely good condition and with no scratches or dents. It had all the hardware it advertised. The selling price was very good. I would definitely buy again from this company.
