Pros: -Quiet -Pushes alot of air -Sleeved cables -Sweet look -Feels well built -Plenty of accessories ( screws, silicone mounts, resistor adapter)

Cons: Zero Documentation -Didn't matter to me, but some may like to have documentation of some sort.
