Pros: Plenty of power to run nearly anything you can stuff in your case. The fan is quiet considering the amount of juice this unit handles. Lots of native cables and plugs, so you're not running out to buy adapters, splitters, etc.
Cons: The fan is a bit on the small side. There are plenty of cables, but they're not modular and they're pretty stiff so you may end up having to get creative with securing the extra cables. The unit itself is a bit bulky, so clearance can be a problem with cd-drives, etc.
Overall Review: I have 2 nVidia 7900GTX cards ocassionally running in SLi, a beefy RAID controller, and 6x500GB SATA II drives. This setup has caused the last 4 power supplies i've tried to terminate... violently. I finally broke down and bought "the best" power supply unit i could find and I've yet to be disappointed.
