Pros: First of all, the price. I bought these on sale for 29.99, and the sound you get for that amount of money is very satisfactory. they fit pretty well although once in a while they would hurt my ears, and this was usually after LONG gaming sessions. they work well for gaming, as i could hear footsteps cleary, and even have great bass for music.
Cons: it feels cheap. i've owned mine for a year and have had ZERO problems, but it just doesn't feel sturdy. also, i wish it had a long chord. for the most part comfortable, but rare occurances of discomfort.
Overall Review: i now own a turtle beach HPX-SS 5.1 headset, and it blows these clear out of the water, but the HPX is 50 dollars more and true 5.1 sound so what do you expect. although the ABS set had more bass, they lack the depth and clarity of a highend headset. if you're serious about your gaming or music but lacking on cash these will make a worthy substitute untill you can grab a high end set. great value.
Pros: These things are move TONS of air. I purchased one for my 3rd fan on my coolermaster case and the other 2 120's that came with it hardly come close to this fan. Also, I bought it cause I don't care how loud, but it isnt luod at all! I wish I wouldve bought 3 to replace my stock case fans.
Cons: I dont have 3!
Overall Review: Ill probaly end up replacing the fans if I ever run into problems but right now my CPU is 22 degrees.
Pros: Easy to install. The manual helped even a casual builder as myself out.
Cons: Had an issue installing the sound driver off the CD. Went to the asus website and tried to download it and got the same error. Couldn't find any kind of support on their website for such error. 5 days after I am getting no sound device detected and no sound. Tried just about everything I know to fix it but couldn't.
Overall Review: Working fine besides the sound/sound driver issues.
