Pros: The 12GB of ram (2 sets) runs as specified in my Asus P6T motherboard with an i7 920 processor. It installs at and runs 1066GHz 7-7-7-20 with the motherboard default motherboard timings. The motherboard needs to be manually adjusted so it runs at the specified speed. After adjustment it runs error free at 1600 MHz with 7-7-7-24 timing at 1.64 Volts. Ran memtest86 for 36 hours error free.

Cons: none so far.

Pros: This drive works great when you get a good one. So far the failures have happened quickly.

Cons: I own 8 of these drives. My first six worked flawlessly and have been in continuous service since I bought them. However my last two failed within a few hours of use. Both just made clicking noises and would not mount.

Overall Review: NewEgg was great with the RMAs and sent me new ones within a day of the return. 2 of 8 is a 25% failure rate based on my experience. After this order I will no longer buy this drive.

Pros: Well terminated. Works great for 4K/30 and 1080/60 video.

Cons: The 700mA load limit will exclude some devices from working with this cable.

Overall Review: I got this so I could use my Dell UltraSharp Webcam WB7022 on a tripod for youtube videos. The Dell webcam draws 550mA maximum, which is under the 700mA limit for this cable. Using this cable I have been able to record 4k/30 and 1080/60 video. The Dell web cam seems to be very sensitive to termination impedance, but works great with the active USB repeater cable.

Pros: I now have two of these. My 1st one had a mechanical hard drive crash after 3 years. I replaced it with new one with a Samsung 1TB SSD, 4GB ram, and Debian 64 bit OS. It has been running flawlessly for two years in server farm serving web pages and handling email. My original one with the crashed mechanical disk has been working fine since I replaced the hard drive with a SSD. These are great little servers! I bought this server to replace a crashed web server. I added a G.SKILL F3-8500CL7D-4GBSQ (N82E16820231213) 4GB ram kit and a Western Digital RE4 WD5003ABYX 500GB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive (N82E16822136697). I installed 32 bit Debian Linux. It has been running flawlessly as a 24/7 web server with approximately 2GB/day of traffic) for 3½ months now. This was the easiest server build I have ever done.

Cons: Only space for 1 3.5" disk drive in the chassis. I wish it had a bit more cooling for the disk drive.

Pros: runs flawlessly with X750 motherboard

Cons: This memory is fast but it runs a bit slower than advertised with the Ryzen 9. at 1.2V 1018 MHz it will do the advertise 14-14-14-24, however with the Ryzen 9 it is running at 11.2V 066MHz 15-15-15-36. CPU-Z reports it will run at 1.35V 1600 MHz 14-14-14-34, but I have not tried to push it. It is very fast as is.

Overall Review: I used these as part of a system I built for editing videos. I choose the motherboard because it had 8 6GB SATA ports for the seven drives and one DVD drive.

Pros: Runs great when complete. The 8 SATA ports are a plus and the main reason I choose this motherboard.

Cons: The fan built into the motherboard will be the failure point. Fans die. Unfortunately every motherboard with the X570 chip set has a fan :(. The mounting hardware for the M.2 drive has quite a bit of slop. You have to be careful to ensure everything is centered and seating before tightening the screws. This motherboard had was the most difficult win10 install I have ever done. I got the BSOD durring the install multiple times. To get win10 to install you need to download the wifi chipset driver from asus and install just after entering the win 10 serial number.

Overall Review: Now that this motherboard is working , it seems fine and very fast, However the hard win10 install took hours to figure out. The difficulty of that install is why I am downgrading this unit. This is part of a system I built for editing videos.
