Will change the way you compute forever.

Pros: I went from a 19" CRT to this. I didn't think the change would be this dramatic. The screen produces a clean, crisp, high resolution image. With its 1920x1200 resolution, this monitor displays HD content flawlessly. No lagging, no artifacts, just HD glory. And its big enough to accommodate a group of friends to watch some HD movies and chill. I suppose they kept the cost down by avoiding a DVI input. You won't miss it however, because you can use the HDMI connector instead. There's no loss in quality, the digital input is intact, and there's no limit on the content you can watch.
Cons: The "cons" are mere consequences of keeping the price down. The lack of a DVI connector may erk some, but remedied with an adapter. The menu is a nightmare, especially after a few beers. The "stand" looks like some spare plexiglass Westinghouse left on the factory floor.
Overall Review: Unless you're a photographer who needs near 100% color replication, the costs that are cut to provide this low price monster are nearly imperceptible. Turning the brightness down is piece of cake. There's three presets you can shuffle through (in descending order of brightness), "picture", "text, and "economy". No dead pixels, everything works, no humming or other noises. Great bang for the buck.
Stunning

Pros: Absolutely magnificent. It's been a bit of a struggle finding the perfect monitor. I wanted something that not only is a good computer monitor, but also a good HD monitor. This Ben Q does both. I've temporarily owned the Westinghouse 24", and the Septre 24", and checked out the Samsung 24BW and the LG 24" at Best Buy. This monitor blows them all away. 1080p/i and all other HD content looks absolutely stunning. There's few words that can describe this monitor's ability to play HD content with a clarity you only read about in magazines.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: The base and stand is very well constructed. It also rotates for portrait viewing. This monitor may seem expensive, and it is, but if you want the best bang out of your HD content, this is the monitor for you.
Good monitor for a good price

Pros: I had initially purchased the Westinghouse 24" monitor. However there is an DVI-HDMI connection issue that won't allow me to boot in this mode. So I RMA'd that monitor and exchanged if for this one which has a direct DVI input. Problem solved! Great picture, beautiful clarity, and awesome HD rendering.
Cons: Some minor issues - I don't know who presets the color and picture attributes at the factory, but you may need to futz around with this until you're satisfied with the image. Once you are, you'll never look back.
Overall Review: Menu isn't all that better than the Westinghouse. Picture quality is virtually identical. It's the cheapest, best rated monitor for a reason - because it's a good deal! It also comes with all the necessary wires and connections. I don't know why manufacturers bother with the integrated speakers. A total waste, and in a perfect world, the absence of them would result in a discount passed on to the consumer.
Be careful...

Pros: OK folks. I bought this monitor last week and was floored by its magnificence. However there's a big problem, at least with my machine. It will not boot when connected via DVI-HDMI.
Cons: It boots fine via VGA. However if its connected via DVI-HDMI, my computer won't boot. The fans come on, but that's it - no POSTs beep, no BIOS, nothing. The only way to enjoy a digital signal is to boot via VGA, unplug the VGA cable, and then plug in the HDMI connection. Not fun. So if you just need VGA, than this monitor might be good for you. I called Westinghouse's tech support about this issue, and they don't support DVI-HDMI connections, so they couldn't help. But they did say the problem was not unique to me. I have a Radeon x850 Pro, and nothing that I tried to do to fix it worked.
Overall Review: Take what I say into consideration before you buy. Otherwise, its a beautiful monitor.
Light and Fast

Pros: The dual core is lightening fast, and is able to handle multiple tasks seamlessly. 2 gigs is a great asset as well. Far Cry plays just fine. If you're looking for a high performance machine without breaking the bank, this is the laptop you've been looking for.
Cons: Nothing serious (look at "other thoughts."
Overall Review: Comes with Windows Media Edition. Wipe this out, install XP Professional and never look back.
Nice Looking Case But....

Comments: Its a nice case, but the back light on the thermometer went dead after about 8 months...the thermometer LCD died about 2 months after that.
