Overall Review: Upgraded from an ATI HD4870 which has been an excellent card. However, didn't know how much cooler and quieter the newer technology can be.

Cons: Ordered two drives for a new NAS. One of these drives experienced a drive failure within 8 hours of use.

Overall Review: Read the reviews on this product and there appeared to be an excessive amount of drive failures as written by other users. I went ahead and ordered anyway - as I have been a Western Digital hard disk user for almost 18 years now. In those 18 years, I have never had a WD drive fail on me within 5 years of use. This particular model must have quality issues. Hopefully this won't be a trend going forward as I am seeing a significant amount of products on the market that appear to have serious quality issues lately. Now I have to immediately order a new drive as my NAS is no longer redundant due to the failed hard disk. I absolutely did not expect this from claimed 'enterprise' class hard drive. Especially a failure after 8 hours of use.

Pros: Above average build quality overall, above average engineering, plastics used on the outside of the unit are above average quality, extra roomy interior

Cons: the two front 3.5 hot swap panels can be difficult to insert/remove as they don't seem to line up perfectly within the 3.5 inch bay.

Overall Review: Perhaps a full size side window would be a nice option, but you can order a cooler master side panel with a somewhat non-full size see through panel. I was looking for the highest quality and durable case I could find. Preferably something with the as much metal as possible. I wanted it too look and feel as professional and solid as possible - and not give a feeling of excessively plastic and flimsy materials. I think I found about 95% of that here.
