Pros: Works as advertised. I have a Gigabyte P55A-UD3P motherboard with NEC USB3 controller. Got 87 MB/S transfer from an internal SataII drive to a 250GB Seagate drive in one bay and 62MB/S to a 500GB Seagate drive in the other bay. Transfer from bay to bay was 60MB/S (limited by the 500GB drive I believe)

Cons: The 250GB drive I have is half height (3.5") and does not get much support front or back and may wobble - don't knock the table too hard while using it.
