Superb Ultrawide 1440p monitor with a few small nuances

GIGABYTE M34WQ 34" 144Hz Ultrawide KVM Gaming Monitor, 3440 x 1440 IPS Display, 1ms (MPRT) Response Time, 91% DCI-P3, HDR Ready, 1x Display Port 1.4, 2x HDMI 2.0, 2x USB 3.0, 1x USB Type-C
GIGABYTE M34WQ 34" 144Hz Ultrawide KVM Gaming Monitor, 3440 x 1440 IPS Display, 1ms (MPRT) Response Time, 91% DCI-P3, HDR Ready, 1x Display Port 1.4, 2x HDMI 2.0, 2x USB 3.0, 1x USB Type-C

Pros: 1440p, 1MS response time, Ultrawide all at 144hz Display port 1.4 HDMI 2.0 (This is the minimum, but I'd like to see 2.1) USB-C 3.5mm audio jack - I actually use it and my external speakers sound great. KVM (Bonus for those who need it!) No dead pixels No smearing or blurring behind fast moving objects Good brightness for display Lots of menu options to fiddle with to tweak it the way you like it Maybe a remote would help set them, but the optional OSD download from their site will do too if you don't want to use the monitor joystick HDR is good if you like that, but I prefer it off Color is already great out of the box, but if you want it to pop a little more use the ICC color profile from RTINGS Thin nearly borderless edges with a small chin for monitor Sturdy base to support the weight

Cons: Small amount of backlight bleed. I got 2 small blotches/halos but it's only really noticeable on a black screen and even then only at certain angles. (Not terrible considering how other manufacturers are. Monitors are a gamble) A sliver of separation between the edge of the screen and housing (on top left) where some backlight comes through but it's barely noticeable. Likely just an issue for mine, but it can happen I'm sure. Probably a bit better QA could fix that. I almost didn't mention this because it's almost not an issue. Speakers have a bit of a tin can/distant feel to the audio. Maybe as if something was blocking the speaker. Regardless, they're okay and they'll get anyone by in a pinch, but I instantly plugged my Klipsch 2.1 speakers into the 3.5mm audio jack Not curved. I think I would have liked it curved, but it's not a huge deal. Just something that would have been nice.

Overall Review: This monitor has so many features and extras that keep it competitive. An excellent choice that you shouldn't be upset with. I spent a lot of time researching many many many monitors (and even made 1 bad purchase -Samsung Odyssey G5-) before I decided on this one. Despite the small amount of backlight bleed and separation mentioned above, this is a solid monitor. I figure when you buy a monitor you are playing the panel lottery and I think I ended up with a good one. I bought the extra warranty for the peace of mind because I consider this an investment, but I think it should last me for many years. I would buy this again and I have already recommended it to friends. To give an accurate score, this is 4.5/5 in my book.

Most Critical Review

Broke in about a month

RAVPower RP-PB04 10000mAh 3A Lithium Polymer External Battery Power Bank for iPad, iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Note, HTC One (M8), Google Nexus, Moto X and other Mobile Devices
RAVPower RP-PB04 10000mAh 3A Lithium Polymer External Battery Power Bank for iPad, iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Note, HTC One (M8), Google Nexus, Moto X and other Mobile Devices

Pros: Charges well when it works. Holds a good amount of charge.

Cons: In about a month it randomly wouldn't turn on anymore. I got maybe 2 or 3 full charges out of the unit before it died. If the rest are like this then I wouldn't recommend this product.

Overall Review: Hopefully manufacturer will replace and I can change my review.

Not worth it's good looks, problems with case

Rosewill THRONE - G - Window Gunmetal ATX Full Tower Gaming Computer Case - Supports E-ATX / XL-ATX & Up to 8 Fans
Rosewill THRONE - G - Window Gunmetal ATX Full Tower Gaming Computer Case - Supports E-ATX / XL-ATX & Up to 8 Fans

Pros: Stylish look, Side window, USB 3.0 ports, quick SATA HDD port on top to quickly add a hard drive without actually installing, Lot's of internal drive bays

Cons: I have many issues with this case but they aren't completely deal breakers if you have patience and can work around them. 1. Barely can fit Corsair H110 Liquid cooler top mounted only. And using only 4 screws instead of all six because the holes didn't line up properly. Chassis had no room to front mount the radiator. 2. There are many plastic tabs to keep the top panel (with USB ports and power button) clicked onto the metal chassis. I had 3 broken tabs upon opening it in which I had to super glue them as well as the front opening door (that revealed the DVD Rom) had a tab that clicks it open and closed was broken off so I super glued that back on too. Some of the fans that came with it had Molex power wires that were ripped off and one of my USB data cables that lead to the top of the case had a wire that was pulled out too. Poor case Rosewill, poor case.

Overall Review: I strongly do not recommend you buy this case unless you are willing to put up with what I had to go through. Very hard case to work with and many broken tabs and wires upon arrival. Rosewill, you guys can do better than this. Only reason I am not returning is due to the hassle of taking all my stuff out and paying for return shipping. Not worth it. I worked around most of the issues though. Built many PC's and so I know what I am talking about

Great Case With Much Ventilation

Cooler Master HAF 912 - Mid Tower Computer Case with High Airflow, Supporting up to Six 120mm Fans and USB 3.0
Cooler Master HAF 912 - Mid Tower Computer Case with High Airflow, Supporting up to Six 120mm Fans and USB 3.0

Pros: Max Ventilation, Good looking, Cable Management, Universal

Cons: Grate on top is very open and susceptible to dust getting in your pc if you don't add a fan and also there aren't any front USB 3.0 Ports. These are very minimal issues
