HUGE!

Pros: Massive amount of power, tons of connections, nice neat cable wraps. Even with so many cables, it seems les cluttered than smaller versions.
Cons: The rubber noise adapter was a bit tough to make it fit, but with a little force made it just fine. So many cables is also a con if you don't have a big enough tower. I have plenty of room in my full tower to stick the extra unused cables between my optical drives.
Overall Review: It's a pretty blue too.
Cheap

Pros: Low price, runs quite!
Cons: Didn't cool any better than the stock cooler with my Q6850. The bottom is rough and leaves room for air and I believe is the cause that it is not running cooler. The plastic clips are hard to get to and may cause you to bend a few fins getting that 4th clip in.
Overall Review: I'm looking for something better cause 49C idle is pretty hot.
Nice size, picky OS

Pros: Massive storage space, cheap price, and fast access speeds. And I have to throw in I love how fast my Newegg shipments come in. This drive is running cheaper than my local stores are selling 500 gigs.
Cons: The drives were not recognized under any Linux based OS that used the kernel older than 2.6.27. I tried at least 4 different versions. I picked up an Alpha version of Ubuntu and they work great.
Overall Review: I tried Vista and XP installs and they recognized the drives just fine. I just hope these stand strong.
Good so Far

Pros: Burned 11 of 15 disks so far and no coasters. 8-10X for speed makes a fair difference from the older 4X.
Cons: These are now outsourced as well. They are also 8-10X, not anything less like other types of recordable media. My 4X writer did not even recognize it as being writable.
Overall Review: I'm using a Compaq supplied Lightscribe drive and so far so good. My first concern was where they were made, but maybe the disks have to be of higher quality to meet the higher speeds.
Still isolating error

Pros: Cheap, now, if only I had waited a little longer.
Cons: I am having troubles running at 4-4-4-12 but running stable at MoBo default of 5-5-5-18. Memory tests say they are fine so it may be another issue.
Hot and Expensive

Pros: Top of the line, latest edge stuff.
Cons: HOT!!! The thing puts off some massive heat. I'm looking for a better cooler now. And of course, the price, I regret having spent that much now compared to what you can get with a little bit lower version.
Overall Review: I hear the 6700 out performs the 6850 in a few tests.
