Pros: This mount has all the adjustments you could need. Installation is straightforward and simple. All hardware needed is included. "Butterfly" pattern provides multiple sized attachment points. (holes line up very well) Nice, tight fit to TV.

Cons: In my situation, (mounting a Vizio 19" LCD), minor modification of the "Butterfly" pattern was required, as one of the outer mounting holes blocked the power cord port. Once I did a little trimming, the fit was great.

Overall Review: When mounting the smallest sized TV's that this item is designed for, be aware some modding may be necessary.

Pros: Low cost, quality Server Ram. Passed every test with flying colors. Very stable with almost no hard faults.

Cons: They could have offered pairs or sets, as opposed to selling/ shipping singles. (Bought 4 sticks to max out my blade.)

Overall Review: If you're looking for reliable EEC DDR3, on an office budget... These will do the job expertly.
