Pros: Excellent processor. Replaced my not so old Phenom II X3 710. Benchmarks on this are amazing. A must have for anyone who wants power at a good price. This thing should have enough power to see me through Windows 7 for sure.

Pros: Gotta love ASRock. No wonder though since they are owned by ASUS(check wikipedia if you don't believe me). No defects on the motherboard or with its use. Booted up on the first try. One of the lower priced P55 boards that actually comes with the ps/2 mouse and keyboard ports. I need those for my KVM switch.

Cons: You have got to be kidding!

Overall Review: Paired with the i5 750 2.66ghz this thing is a beast. Replaced my not so old Phenom II x3 710.

Pros: Bought mine for 130 with free shipping. Not a widescreen edition monitor. I hate widescreen. 0 dead pixels with mine. DVI connection + DB15 analog. Comes with all the cables(glad they didn't decide the DVI cable is optional). Replaced my old 19" dell CRT.

Cons: Built-in speakers are garbage. Though I didn't expect them to be good anyway. I never intended to use the speakers even before I bought the monitor. I use external speakers always. So this doesn't really count as a con for me.

Pros: Nice upgrade from my old foxconn p965. Everything ran great out of box. The PCI Express 2.0 runs great with my Radeon 4650. P43 chipset runs much cooler than my old p965. Lower heat equals longer life. 2 DDR3 slots for future upgrades. Decent onboard audio. Can't go wrong with Asrock. This is my 4th Asrock motherboard in 5 years.

Pros: Low price compared to many P965 and G965 motherboards. Modded sata2 port converted to ide(which keeps you from having to use a ide raid controller, also is the reason why the motherboard only has 3 sata2 instead of 4). Above average audio. Gigabit lan. Overclocking is pretty good. I have my E4400 clocked to 2.5ghz with a 1000fsb(i have not tried going higher yet). More memory options then most motherboards have(around 8 options most have 4 to 5). Plenty of voltage settings .

Cons: Ide controller will only allow one device on the controller. Southbridge chipset is not an ICH8R. Which would have included 2 more sata2 connectors and would have allowed for raid. No really bad cons compared to the price.

Overall Review: When you go to overclock in the bios the system may shut off after you save and exit. Just press the power button and the system will act normal after that(unless you overclocked to high or your voltage setting are wrong, if so find the clear cmos jumper on the motherboard). Other P965 motherboards I own do the same thing after I overclock in the bios.

Pros: Excellent Features at a great price. Over clocking is now stable up to 333fsb from 266fsb with bios 638F1P41.bin Released 4/5/2007. I have not tested higher than 1333fsb due to ram speed limitations. I over clocked using a Core2Duo E6300. The E6300 currently runs at 2.3ghz(originally ran at 1.86ghz). Cons: After updating to the latest bios. None!!!

Overall Review: Originally I had problems over clocking. Every time I restarted the computer, my bios would change my ram settings back to their default and would sometimes not even recognize my hard drive. After updating to the latest bios (638F1P41.bin) I no longer had any problems over clocking. A new feature in the bios is the Unlocked Ratio for the cpu which allows me to change from 7 to 6(varies depending on the cpu). If anyone is having problems forcing their cd or dvd drive to DMA mode then install the jmicron raid driver. The raid driver will work even if you are using ide mode instead of raid. Of course this is only recommended for people who have sluggish speed playing movies and music on their CD or DVD drive.
